The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) on 15th and 16th, October 2025, held a comprehensive training session on website and email management at the National Irrigation Authority, Mwea Scheme. The training, facilitated by Vilcom Limited, the new website and email service providers , sought to build target staff capacity on effective use of the upgraded platforms and to deliberate on areas of improvement to enhance communication transparency, risk management, compliance, and overall website efficiency.
During the session, the team also took an assessment of website performance based on analytics report and staff feedback from across departments on both the email and website.
Highlighting the performance reported, Senior Knowledge Management Officer, Beatrice Amollo commended the staff present for the positive engagement. She urged departments to timely provide relevant website content for its optimal performance and the need to regularly provide recommendations for the platforms’ continual improvement and alignment to ORPP strategic priorities.
The Vilcom Limited team demonstrated various website functionalities, including new add-ins, security features, and user interface adjustments aimed at improving accessibility and user experience. They guided participants through practical exercises on managing official emails, updating web content, and navigating the new content management system (CMS)
