Newly Recruited Interns and Attaches

22 May 2026 – The Office conducted an induction programme for newly recruited interns and attaches at its headquarters, reaffirming ORPP’s commitment to nurturing a professional and high-performing workforce.

The induction was facilitated by Heads of Departments and their representatives, who provided the new team with valuable insights into their roles and responsibilities, public service values, workplace expectations, and the mandate of the Office across its various functional areas. The sessions were designed to equip the interns and attaches with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective integration into the workplace and meaningful contribution to the Office’s operations.

Coordinated by the Human Resource Management Department, the in-house induction programme forms part of ORPP’s broader mentorship and capacity-building initiatives aimed at supporting the growth and development of young professionals.

ORPP is commitment to fostering talent, promoting professional excellence, and contributing to the development of future public service leaders.
