Kenya Ahadi Party Becomes 19th Provisionally Registered Political Party

The Registrar, on August 6th at the headquarters, issued the Kenya Ahadi Party (K.A.P.) a provisional registration certificate, making it the 19th party under this category.

The Registrar commended the party’s progress and encouraged training of identified officials on the Integrated Political Parties Management System (IPPMS) to equip the party on proper management of membership data and maintenance of records as it embarks on the full registration phase.

Deputy Director of Registration, Locha Erukudi, outlined to the party founding members present the various requirements for full registration, including member recruitment, office establishment, and setting up of governance structures in line with the Political Parties Act CAP 7D.

Party representatives expressed gratitude for the ORPP’s support, calling for continued guidance and capacity building in the process of their endeavor to full registration.
