ORPP holds Customer Service Week commemorations with a call to ‘Customer Delight ’ in service offering

Former Registrar Sophia Sitati, Assistant Registrar CPA Florence Birya, Ali Abdullahi and ORPP team during the celebration of customer service week at the office HQ 4th floor Boardroom.

On 12th October 2025, the ORPP team convened  at HQ in celebration of the Customer Service Week to exchange customer improvement insights and celebrate one another for their dedication to service excellence.

The then Registrar, Sophia Sitati expressed gratitude to the team, emphasizing that staff must adopt a positive culture and attitude. “Have a good understanding of all processes across departments to enable synergized service delivery across all function areas.” She said, while commending the team for their great performance.

Assistant Registrar, CPA, Florence Birya, thanked the staff for being one another’s champions, reminding everyone with a Swahili proverb, “Mgema akisifiwa, tembo hulitia maji, tusilitie maji mbali, tuendelee na kazi njema iliyopo,” while encouraging the team to thrive and excel as they serve and embrace unity and resilience.

Assistant Registrar, Ali Abdullahi, noted ORPP’s commitment to be accessible, clear in communication, and open to feedback. “Lets offer genuine and responsive service to the dynamic stakeholder expectations as we strive for delightful service to our customers”, urged Ali to staff.

 In the session, the team committed to renewing their efforts in effective service delivery while addressing the customer improvement areas that were discussed.
