The ORPP tabled and presented audit queries action on audited financial statements on 7th July 2026. The leadership led an ORPP team during an appearance before the National Assembly’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC) at Bunge Towers to present its audit outcome and responses to the Office of the Auditor General’s audited financial statements for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 financial years. The ORPP delegation was led by the Registrar of Political Parties, J.C. Lorionokou, who highlighted the Office’s continued commitment to accountability and financial reporting. He noted that ORPP had attained unmodified audit opinions (clean audit reports) for the period and over the years, reflecting the Office’s adherence to sound public financial management practices.
The PAC’s Chairperson Hon. Tindi Mwale, MP, in the session, acknowledged ORPP’s contribution to strengthening Kenya’s democratic governance and emphasized the need for increased budgetary allocation to support the Office in delivering its mandate effectively.
