The ward-based decentralization approach will bring registration services closer to wananchi, particularly those in remote and rural areas, through registration at County Assembly Wards, Institutions of Higher Learning, Huduma Centers, Constituency Offices, and the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission(IEBC)’s Customer Experience Center at Anniversary Towers.
