The verification seeks to assess the party’s compliance in respect of operational structures, office accessibility, visibility, branding, record-keeping, and adherence to the minimum standards required for a functioning political party office, among other parameters, in the Political Parties Act, Cap. 7 D (PPA).
The exercise was held from 29th to 31st September in clusters in regions of Nairobi/Metropolitan, Lower Eastern, Western, Nyanza, Central, North Eastern, Coast, and Western.
The officials present were guided on areas of compliance as detailed by the ORPP team.
