A section of founder members from three (3) proposed political parties, National Forum Party (NFP), Clean Alliance Party of Kenya(CAP-K) and New Face Party of Kenya (Face), presented their ideological proposals to the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties ORPP on 3rd December 2025.
Assistant Registrar, Ali Abdullahi, commended the parties for formulating their ideologies in line with Section 6(2)(da) of the Political Parties Act, CAP 7D. He noted that developing and submitting comprehensive ideological frameworks, as guided by the Political Parties Ideologies Guideline, is essential for strengthening party identity and guiding political discourse. “Your ideologies must promote democratic ideals and marshal citizens along your parties’ ideological standpoints,” he emphasized, while also advising the officials to strictly observe registration timelines to qualify for participation in the next General Elections.
Assistant Registrar, C.S. Agatha Wahome, encouraged the party officials to ensure that their ideologies distinctly stand out from existing political party doctrines by clearly articulating the uniqueness of their proposed approaches and values.

The sessions were presided over by the Registration Department, during which party officials presented ideologies centred on reforms in governance, justice, inclusion, and representation. Their proposals also highlighted commitments to enhancing social welfare and addressing social challenges for the benefit of citizens through structured party leadership and programmes.
Registration officials further guided the parties on appropriate formats for presenting their ideologies in line with the newly developed ORPP Ideology Guidelines. They also provided direction on harmonizing party manifestos with party constitutions and ideological frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance.
