The ORPP has continued to prioritize integration productivity through its practices and incur effort towards its actualization. To gear the endeavor, Senior staff are undergoing hands-on capacity-building sessions on productivity mainstreaming from 16th to 20th February 2026, facilitated by the National Productivity and Competitiveness Centre under the Public Service Commission of Kenya. “I encourage us all at ORPP to engage fully and maximize the learning experiences as we gain insights from experts on this important subject”, said the Registrar J.C. Lorionokou. The sessions seek to equip the staff on the entire spectrum of productivity management, from setting up a productivity framework using applicable matrices to practical measures to realize productivity across ORPP processes.
