Insights from these engagements will help ORPP refine legal reform proposals, especially as we approach the upcoming General Elections. The last elections highlighted gaps in IDRM management, and this training will enhance your skills in mediation, negotiation, and dispute resolution,&#8221;<\/p>\n<pre>said Ali Abdullahi, Assistant Registrar, Regulation and Compliance, during the session.<\/pre>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mr. Daniel Kinuthia, Director of Compliance, emphasized the importance of dispute resolution in governance: &#8220;This training is part of ORPP\u2019s ongoing efforts to strengthen political parties. Functional dispute resolution mechanisms are vital for good governance.
