The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) is established by the Political Parties Act, 2011 as a State Office within the meaning of Article 260 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. The mandate of the Office is to register, regulate political parties and administer the Political Parties Fund.

In line with Section 5 (2) of the Political Parties Act, 2011, the Registrar of Political Parties is in the process of provisionally registering the following proposed political parties, find below the particulars of these parties as contained in the notice published in My Gov on Standard newspaper on 13th April 2021.
