The areas covered in the FY 2023\/2024 tool to public entities were; entity\u2019s information; HR matters; service delivery improvement and transformation; professional ethics in public; good governance, transparency and accountability; performance management; equitable allocation of opportunities and resources and public participation in policy-making process.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI appreciate the support from departments, units, and sections in timely providing information and attendant evidence required.\u00a0 I urge all to continue taking stock of the requirements and prepare in advance for the subsequent similar surveys\u201d, said Assistant Director, HRM Jacqueline Kosgei in one of the sittings to undertake the exercise.<\/p>\n<p>The ORPP Compliance Evaluation Team were Mutethia Mberia (Chairperson), Jacqueline Kosgei, Beatrice Amollo, George Kimah, Abdiaziz Mohamed, Elizabeth Wakesho, Abdirahman Hussein, Saqib Kazungu, Mercy Kiptoo, Bryan Alphayo and Mary Kavindu.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ORPP led by the Human Resource Management department successfully collated, compiled and submitted the survey on Constitutional Values and Principles to the Public Service by the set deadline of 9th October, 2024.
