Le mandat du bureau, entre autres, est de r\u00e9glementer la formation, l'enregistrement, et le financement des partis politiques conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la Constitution et \u00e0 l'\u00c9tat de droit.<\/p>\n<p>The Act is the primary legal reference for management of political parties in accordance with Articles 91 and 92 of the Constitution, which envisages well-governed political parties that respect internal democracy and their constitutional status in the Kenyan political system.<\/p>\n<p>The Political Parties Act,2011 provides that ORPP should be headed by Registrar of Political Parties deputized by three (3) Assistant Registrars. Currently, the Office is headed by the Registrar and deputized by two(2) Assistant Registrars.<\/p>\n<p>In order to effectively carry out its mandate and functions, the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties is organized into three (3) Directorates and four (4) Independent units. Each directorate is headed by an Assistant Registrar. Under the Directorates are three Departments headed by the Directors. The HR &amp; Administration Department and four independent units headed by the Assistant Director will report directly to the Registrar of Political parties<\/p>\n<p>The three directorates are<\/p>\n<p>(i) Registration and Field Services Coordination;<\/p>\n<p>(ii) Regulation and Compliance;<\/p>\n<p>(iii) Political Parties Fund, Partnerships &amp; Strategy<\/p>\n<p>The independent units are<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal Audit Unit;<\/li>\n<li>Supply Chain Management Unit;<\/li>\n<li>Corporate Communication Unit<\/li>\n<li>Legal Services Unit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L'ORPP a une structure organisationnelle dirig\u00e9e par le Greffier des Partis Politiques, suppl\u00e9\u00e9 par trois (3) Greffiers Adjoints. Il y a quatre (4) directions \u00e0 savoir ; Enregistrement et r\u00e9glementation\u00a0; Direction financi\u00e8re; Planification, Recherche et TIC\u00a0; et gestion et administration des ressources humaines.<\/p>\n<h2>Notre histoire<\/h2>\n<p>Le parcours du Bureau du registraire des partis politiques (ORPP) jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il devienne une personne morale est mouvement\u00e9 et s'\u00e9tend sur plus de cinq d\u00e9cennies. C'est une histoire qui remonte \u00e0 la pr\u00e9-ind\u00e9pendance.
