and formulating public policies, recruitment and selection of political leaders.<\/p>\n<p>The Constitution and the PPA provides that a person disqualified from holding public office or belonging to another political party shall also not be a founding member of a political party.<\/p>\n<p>Registration of a political party is a two-fold process which encompasses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inscription provisoire<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">F<b>ull registration<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"translation-block\">P<b>rovisional Registration<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>La demande d'enregistrement provisoire d'un parti politique propos\u00e9, entre autres, doit \u00eatre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>par \u00e9crit et sign\u00e9 par les candidats dont pas plus des deux tiers doivent \u00eatre du m\u00eame sexe ;<\/li>\n<li>inclure le proc\u00e8s-verbal sign\u00e9 de la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union des membres fondateurs du parti politique ;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>set out the name of the party;<\/li>\n<li>include a request for the registration of the symbol and slogan of the political party;<\/li>\n<li>si le parti souhaite utiliser une abr\u00e9viation de son nom, indiquez cette abr\u00e9viation.<\/li>\n<li>be accompanied by a copy of the Constitution and rules of the proposed political party which shall comply with the provisions of section 9;<\/li>\n<li>be accompanied by a statement of the ideology of the proposed political party;<\/li>\n<li>presentation of party website and membership recruitment demonstration; and<\/li>\n<li>include an undertaking to be bound by this Act and the Code of Conduct set out in the First Schedule; and be accompanied by the prescribed fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/orpp.or.ke\/fr\/document\/full-list-of-provisionally-registered-political-parties\/\">List of provisionally registered parties<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Un parti qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9 provisoirement doit demander l'enregistrement complet, dans les 180 jours \u00e0 compter de la date d'enregistrement provisoire. Un parti politique provisoirement enregistr\u00e9 est qualifi\u00e9 pour \u00eatre pleinement enregistr\u00e9 s'il remplit les conditions fix\u00e9es par la loi.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"translation-block\">F<b>ull registration<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Application for full registration of a proposed political party, among others must be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in writing and shall be signed by
