On 12th October 2025, the\u00a0<\/span>ORPP<\/span>\u00a0team convened\u00a0\u00a0at HQ in celebration of the Customer Service Week to exchange customer improvement insights and celebrate one another for their dedication to service excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n

The then Registrar, Sophia Sitati expressed gratitude to the team, emphasizing that staff must adopt a positive culture and attitude. \u201cHave a good understanding of all processes across departments to enable synergized service delivery across all function areas.\u201d She said, while commending the team for their great performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assistant Registrar, CPA, Florence Birya, thanked the staff for being one another\u2019s champions, reminding everyone with a Swahili proverb, \u201cMgema akisifiwa, tembo hulitia maji, tusilitie maji mbali, tuendelee na kazi njema iliyopo,\u201d while encouraging the team to thrive and excel as they serve and embrace unity and resilience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assistant Registrar, Ali Abdullahi, noted ORPP’s commitment to be accessible, clear in communication, and open to feedback. \u201cLets offer genuine and responsive service to the dynamic stakeholder expectations as we strive for delightful service to our customers\u201d, urged Ali to staff.<\/span><\/p>\n
