The ORPP held an orientation for newly appointed staff on 3rd June 2025. The meeting was for their understanding of the mandate, structures and operations of various functions of the Office.<\/p>\n

Registrar of Political Parties, Ann Nderitu, CBS, welcomed the new team members and encouraged them to embrace ORPP\u2019s values and uphold its governance standards, \u201cI urge you to understand our strategic focus areas and adhere to our operational standards\u00a0 in line with public service structures,\u201d she said, emphasizing the importance of contributing meaningfully and safeguarding the institution\u2019s reputation.<\/p>\n

Assistant Registrar, Ali Abdullahi, congratulated the new staff on their appointment and encouraged them to fully embrace their roles. \u201cUnderstand our culture, uphold our standards, and actively participate in the implementation of ORPP\u2019S mandate,\u201d he said, highlighting the importance of living the organization\u2019s core values.<\/p>\n

Sessions in the orientation programme included briefing son mandate and functions, organizational structure, political party registration processes, field services, HR policies, and the ORPP service delivery charter, among other key areas.
