Registration of a party is a two stage process:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provisional registration, and<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Full registration<\/p>\n<p><strong>Provisional Registration&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Ley de Partidos Pol\u00edticos de 2011, Secci\u00f3n 6, establece que una solicitud para el registro provisional de un partido pol\u00edtico propuesto\n\nse har\u00e1 por escrito y estar\u00e1 firmada por el solicitante. Una solicitud de registro provisional deber\u00e1\u2014<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>incluir el acta firmada de la primera reuni\u00f3n de los miembros fundadores del partido pol\u00edtico;<\/li>\n<li>establecer el nombre del partido pol\u00edtico;<\/li>\n<li>si el partido pol\u00edtico desea utilizar una abreviatura de su nombre para los fines de esta Ley, hacer constar dicha abreviatura;<\/li>\n<li>ir acompa\u00f1ada de una copia de la constituci\u00f3n del partido pol\u00edtico propuesto que deber\u00e1 cumplir con la ley;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>incluir una solicitud para el registro del s\u00edmbolo del partido pol\u00edtico.<\/li>\n<li>incluir un compromiso de obligarse por esta Ley y el C\u00f3digo de Conducta establecido en el Primer Anexo; y<\/li>\n<li>ir acompa\u00f1ada de la tasa prescrita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon application for registration under subsection (1), the Registrar shall, within thirty days of the association or organization fulfilling the conditions prescribed in section 6, issue that association or organization with a certificate of provisional registration.<\/p>\n<p>A political party that has been provisionally registered as per conditions above shall, not later than one hundred and eighty days from the date of provisional registration, apply to the Registrar for full registration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/registrationprocess\/banner13.jpg\" alt=\"banner13\" style=\"border: 4px solid #000000;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions of Full Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Political Parties Act 2011, Sect 7 provides that an application for full registration of a political party shall be in writing and shall be signed by an authorized official of the political party.
