and formulating public policies, recruitment and selection of political leaders.<\/p>\n<p>The Constitution and the PPA provides that a person disqualified from holding public office or belonging to another political party shall also not be a founding member of a political party.<\/p>\n<p>Registration of a political party is a two-fold process which encompasses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registro provisional<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">F<b>ull registration<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"translation-block\">P<b>rovisional Registration<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>La solicitud de registro provisional de un partido pol\u00edtico propuesto, entre otros debe ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>por escrito y firmado por los solicitantes de los cuales no m\u00e1s de dos tercios ser\u00e1n del mismo g\u00e9nero;<\/li>\n<li>incluir el acta firmada de la primera reuni\u00f3n de los miembros fundadores del partido pol\u00edtico;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>set out the name of the party;<\/li>\n<li>include a request for the registration of the symbol and slogan of the political party;<\/li>\n<li>si la parte desea utilizar una abreviatura de su nombre, establezca esa abreviatura.<\/li>\n<li>be accompanied by a copy of the Constitution and rules of the proposed political party which shall comply with the provisions of section 9;<\/li>\n<li>be accompanied by a statement of the ideology of the proposed political party;<\/li>\n<li>presentation of party website and membership recruitment demonstration; and<\/li>\n<li>include an undertaking to be bound by this Act and the Code of Conduct set out in the First Schedule; and be accompanied by the prescribed fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/orpp.or.ke\/es\/document\/full-list-of-provisionally-registered-political-parties\/\">List of provisionally registered parties<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Un partido que ha sido registrado provisionalmente debe solicitar el registro completo, dentro de los 180 d\u00edas a partir de la fecha del registro provisional. Un partido pol\u00edtico registrado provisionalmente est\u00e1 calificado para estar completamente registrado si cumple con las condiciones establecidas en la Ley.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"translation-block\">F<b>ull registration<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Application for full registration of a proposed political party, among others must be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in writing and shall be signed by an authorized official of the political party<\/li>\n<li>ha reclutado como miembros, no menos de mil votantes registrados de cada uno de m\u00e1s de la mitad de los condados;<\/li>\n<li>the members offices of the political party, which shall be in more than half of the counties;<\/li>\n<li>the disaggregated data of its membership based on each of the components of the special interest groups; and<\/li>\n<li>the address of the official website of the political party.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>include an undertaking to be bound by this Act and the Code of Conduct set out in the First
